Develop more creative thinking

Creative thinking techniques work best when we have some clearly defined problems. We then use these creative thinking techniques to generate a range of solutions, from which we select the best. The solutions are generated by the team, owned by the team, and with management guidance, are implemented by the team.

I run creative thinking sessions either in face-to-face workshops or webinars online with disparate groups. We take clearly defined problems, opportunities or issues and apply creative thinking techniques to generate many possible solutions. These are subsequently ranked and the best solutions selected and subsequently turned into actions that solve problems/exploit opportunities.
